It’s not good though when people favor one person over the other, that’s discrimination. I was not happy with the pay rate anyway so all in all, I ended up finding a better high paying job anyway so it all worked out at the end. That really upset me and I just lost respect for my supervisor from there. I complained to my supervisor and he never even bother to talk to him instead he let me go. He was in the military and his mind was just brain washed and he acted as though we were in the military. I lost interest working there because one of the guys I worked with was a total loser and he would just stalk me and demand me and thought he was in charge and the funny thing is he started after me, I was there before him.

Very poor management, the manager was a nice guy but the team members were just not professional and didn’t do a good job putting things together and that they didn’t seem to care about their fellow team members. The job was just too boring and sometimes I would just sit around doing nothing, made the day go by so slow. Doing the same work routine over and over. Lot’s of Cons: No room to grow unfortunately.
